Job summary

RRD is seeking a production operator to run binding, finishing and packaging equipment. You will set up machines, perform routine maintenance, and supervise crew members during shifts. The role emphasizes hands-on training and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of setup, adjustments and operating characteristics of finishing equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to equipment per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment and set up for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machinery to ensure optimum operation; troubleshoot and request maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate crewmembers and provide training for new team members.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
