Job summary

RRD is seeking a shift-focused production operator for the Printing and Bindery area. You will lead a team on the 2nd shift (10-hour) and ensure production goals, quality, and material readiness are met using equipment such as 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires 1-3 years of related experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• 1-3 years related experience (Preferred).
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material into machine and assist with material handling.
• Set up machine components and calibrations.
• Troubleshoot jams and minor adjustments; ensure safety procedures.
