Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a production operator to run offline binding and finishing equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will set up, adjust, and operate machinery for production runs, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.

You will clean and lubricate equipment and perform routine maintenance to uphold performance. Candidates should be able to identify issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment that can be set up and operated from simple instructions.
• Ability to maintain machine operating and maintenance records and write labels for materials.
• Capable of identifying improper operation and making basic adjustments.

Qualifications: Qualifications

• Requires familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment which can be set up and operated following a few step by step instructions and the skill to operate the equipment
• Requires skill to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to the operation of the equipment (e.g., maintain machine operating and maintenance records, write new identification labels for computer tapes, etc.), and skill to perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the equipment
• Ability to identify if improper machine operation and make basic adjustments

** The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $17.00 per hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift, call-in, and stand-by pay.
