Job summary

RRD is seeking a dependable Machine Operator/Team Lead in Belleville, MI to meet production goals and supervise a small crew. You will operate equipment such as 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag, set up components, and ensure materials are staged properly for the line.

Responsibilities include quality checks, data entry into MS Excel, and training team members while maintaining safety and efficiency. Overtime may be required to meet production commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer experience and ability to read machine reports.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material into machine; perform related Material Handler duties.
• Set up machine components and verify proper configuration.
• Troubleshoot jams and adjust machine Calibration to maintain safety and quality.
• Operate computer interface to monitor and document performance in Excel.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and support audits.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety; train new and existing staff.
