Job summary

RRD is seeking a production operator in Indiana to operate offline and binding/finishing/packaging equipment for production runs. You will set up, adjust, and run machinery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning, lubricating, basic troubleshooting, and coordinating crewmembers. Training new team members may be part of the role. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment

Therate of pay for this role at the noted location is $18.20 per hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift, call-in, and stand-by pay.
