Job summary

RRD is seeking a production operator for the 1st shift to manage machine operation and material handling. The role includes leading a small crew, ensuring timely setup, and meeting production and quality goals.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, troubleshooting jams, collecting data in Excel, and maintaining safe practices. Preference given to candidates with 1–3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material into machine; perform Material Handler duties as required.
• Perform and validate proper machine component set up.
• Apply troubleshooting to jams and calibration to ensure safe operation.
• Manage machine performance using a computer interface and enter data into Excel.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and support audits.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
