Job summary

Kelly Services in Springfield, TN partnered with Electrolux is seeking assembly line workers for 1st shift. Flexibility is required to succeed.

Assembles various parts on an assembly line using hands and air tools to produce a quality product. These positions are long-term Temp-To-Hire and pay $18.00 per hour.

Candidates should be able to stand for 8-10 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and meet safety standards.

Kelly is partnered with Electrolux in Springfield, TN! We have 1st shift opportunities available. MUST BE FLEXIBLE.

Pay is $18.00

Position Description: Assembles various parts on an assembly line to create a completed functional product using their hands and various air tools that meet or exceed both our customers and the company’s expectations in quality. The positions are long-term Temp-To-Hire.

• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to stand up for 8 to10 hour periods at a time.
• Able to work where insulation is present.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks on a moving assembly line within the time-restricted breakdown designated for that task.
