Kelly Services is hiring Warehouse Assemblers for our Springfield, TN facility. 1st shift starts between 4:00 AM and 4:45 AM, with typical 8–10 hour shifts and occasional overtime. Pay is $18.00 per hour.

Duties include assembling on the line, ensuring quality and timely production, and following safety procedures. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in insulation-related environments.

Position Overview:

Warehouse Assemblers perform essential tasks on the assembly line, ensuring the timely and accurate construction of products while upholding quality standards.

Requirements:

• Frequently bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Comfortable working in areas with insulation
• Able to complete tasks efficiently in a moving assembly line environment
