Job summary

Kelly in Maple Grove is seeking an assembler to build, inspect, and prepare products for shipment. You’ll follow instructions, use hand tools, and operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position offers a 1st shift (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Mon–Fri) with overtime as needed; summer hours may apply. A high school diploma is required and 1 year of related experience is preferred. Safety shoes are required to work here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 1 year of relevant assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments on time.
• Experience reading blueprints and using hand tools preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility for overtime when needed.
• Safety shoes required.

• Keep track of inventory using manual or electronic systems.
• Operate material handling equipment to move material in the warehouse (pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow company quality standards and safety policies.
• Collaborate with your team and stay flexible to meet production goals.

Looking for steady work, a supportive team, and the chance to make an impact? Join our team in Maple Grove as an Assembler! You’ll play an important role in building, inspecting, and preparing our products for shipment—helping ensure quality and accuracy every step of the way.

Pay: $17.25/hr

1st: 5:30 AM — 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Overtime as needed!
Summer hours: 5:30am-3pm Mon-Thurs and Fridays 5:30am-9:30am.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble Vacuum Insulated Panels using written or visual instructions
• Pack and label products to get them shipment-ready while preventing damage
