Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven leadership with a track record of delivering results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Lean/continuous improvement experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on shop floor and in the field.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Conduct performance coaching and appraisals.
• Coordinate with service manager and central support.
