Midday, you review and approve timesheets and work orders, making sure labor and parts are captured accurately in our service platform. In the afternoon, you check in with a customer on preventative maintenance quality, coach a tech on best practices, and elevate a roadblock to central support. You wrap the day by recapping wins, recognizing great work, and planning training and development for tomorrow.
This role directly supervises technicians in both shop and field environments.
