Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking Guest Service Specialists responsible for selling and fulfilling lift tickets and pass products. You will serve as the primary information source for guests regarding lift tickets, activities, and events provided by the resort.

This position requires excellent guest service, flexibility to work in varying environments, and quick learning abilities. Previous experience in customer service or resort settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills required for operating POS system.
• Flexibility in adapting to outdoor work environments is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with season passes and lift tickets.
• Understand lift access products and their criteria.
• Be accountable for daily sales and balance receipts.
• Greet and assist guests at the resort.
• Provide knowledgeable support on products and services.
• Resolve lift ticket and pass issues.
• Stay updated on daily snow and grooming reports.
• Answer guest questions promptly and professionally.
