Job summary

Sun Valley Resort is seeking a friendly Ticket Sales Agent to assist guests with lift tickets and provide basic knowledge of the resort and surrounding area. You will greet guests, explain and sell products, and collaborate with the team to ensure top-tier service.

The role requires accurate RTP usage, cash handling, and the ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, RTP, and related computer systems.

Responsibilities

Description

A Sun Valley Resort Ticket Sales Agent will sell lift tickets in a friendly manner,assist guests with all their lift ticket needs, and provide guests with basic knowledge of the resort and the surrounding area.

Duties& Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, helpful, and respectful manner.
• Accurately explain, recommend, and sell all available ticket and pass products based on guest needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide excellent guest service and support the overall success of the Ticketing department and resort.
• Sell and process tickets accurately using RTP while maintaining a basic understanding of Customer Manager systems and procedures.
• Process guest transactions accurately, provide correct change, and balance the department bank at the end of each shift.
• Additional duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, RTP, and related computer systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Must safely move objects up to approximately 25 pounds about the workplace.
• Flexibility to work varying a schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts
