Mt. Bachelor in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Lift Attendant to support operations, safety, and guest service across our mountain terrain.

The role requires early starts, working outdoors in winter conditions, and being proficient in skiing or snowboarding, while maintaining a neat uniform and timely paperwork. You will assist lift start-up, manage crowd control, load/unload guests, track daily logs, and report issues to maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 full season as a Lift Operator.
