Job summary

Snowbasin Resort is hiring a Lift Operator for the winter season. You will load and unload guests on chairlifts and mountain transportation, delivering a welcoming and safe experience while following procedures.

Expect outdoor work in varying conditions, pre-operational checks, teamwork with Lift Operations and other departments, and ongoing training to uphold exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to commit to the entire winter season.
• Snowbasin Lift Operations Department training completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate chairlifts, gondolas, tows, and carpets safely.
• Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
• Complete required pre-operational procedures.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service.
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments.
