Job summary

NFC Amenity Management is seeking a Lifestyle Director to oversee all resident activities and manage the clubhouse/amenity spaces as the focal point of the community. You will promote programs, activities, and resident events to enhance the living experience.

You will lead the Lifestyle Team, plan festivals, classes, and social events, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and a positive community image.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in hospitality settings.
• Strong hospitality mindset and customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
• Reliable, proactive approach and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-desk operations to ensure client satisfaction with amenity offerings.
• Hire, train, and mentor clubhouse staff (front desk, fitness, spa) aligned with brand standards.
• Lead creation and refinement of fitness and spa programming, including new classes and services.
• Supervise staff, coordinate meetings/trainings, and manage schedules for desk coverage.
• Ensure NFC/client service standards are met and branding is consistent across channels.
