Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks a Lifestyle Director to create and manage engaging events for residents, working with teams to connect people through programming and communications.

You will collaborate with residents, the board, and partners to plan activities, manage a year-round calendar, and support community clubs and committees. This role requires onsite presence and strong public engagement skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related experience.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, promote and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar.
• Develop content for community communications (website, newsletters, materials, social media).
• Produce and manage an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents and the community.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Support clubs, groups, and committees within the community.
• Build a strong, professional relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and resident engagement.
