ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE is seeking a Lifestyle Director to plan and execute community events, manage calendars, and lead marketing efforts. You will work closely with homeowners, vendors, volunteers, and staff to deliver engaging, high-quality programs at the clubhouse.

This role requires strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events. On-site position in a community facility.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborates with homeowners, suppliers, committees and staff.
• Able to remain calm under pressure and be solutions oriented.
• Strong computer and social media skills; proficient with Microsoft Office, website management, Constant Contact, Outlook and Publisher.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented with superior documentation and organization skills.
• Create and organize themed events at the clubhouse.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement community events and activities.
• Develop an events calendar with timelines and task lists.
• Create and manage event-specific marketing campaigns to drive attendance.
• Coordinate volunteers and on-site staff for events.
• Oversee event logistics: location setup, equipment, food, decor, and supplies.
• Assist in budget creation and management for events.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for cost efficiency.
• Prepare monthly electronic newsletters for residents and Sales Team.
• Maintain vendor contacts and manage relationships with program partners.
• Train and develop other community staff in event preparation and execution.
