NFC Amenity Management is seeking a Lifestyle Director to oversee the development and promotion of clubhouse amenities and community programs. You will create, plan, and execute events and activities, ensuring engaging experiences that support resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, market, and execute events and programs for the community.
• Lead the Lifestyle Team to manage the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse.
• Oversee front-desk operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor clubhouse staff (front desk, fitness, spa).
• Lead the creation and refinements of fitness and spa programming.
• Manage staff schedules to ensure desk coverage.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
• Assist with marketing for public events and solicit sponsorships.
• Recruit volunteers and maintain brand standards.
• Monitor expenses within budget and analyze attendance.
