Job summary

San Juan College in Farmington, NM invites a Manager of Lifelong Learning Operations and Programming to shape engaging community classes, Encore, and Kids Kollege. You’ll blend program development, marketing, and leadership to deliver meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, workforce development, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related program management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates programming for non-credit lifelong learning classes and related programs.
• Develops departmental marketing plans and outreach materials for CLC, Encore, Kids Kollege, and CWD.
• Coordinates course schedule development and departmental events with the San Juan College Foundation.
• Supervises employees; participates in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensures smooth transition to the Continuing Education Operations Team for class implementation.
• Recruits instructors and coordinates with HR for onboarding Adjunct Faculty.
• Supervises the Kids Kollege Coordinator and directs part-time instructors.
• Creates a vibrant online presence through the website, social media, and email marketing.
