Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a Bachelor’s degree and/or workforce development; sales experience. Experience sufficient to manage multiple programs and priorities, develop and maintain client relationships, coordinate workforce training, and supervise assigned employees, typically associated with three to five years of related experience.
