Job summary

San Juan College in Farmington, NM is seeking a Center for Workforce Development Manager to connect with employers, identify workforce needs, and develop training programs and certifications that help businesses and their employees succeed.

You’ll combine business development, relationship-building, program design, and project management to deliver customized training, expand revenue, and provide an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or workforce development experience.
• Three to five years of related experience, managing multiple programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with business clients to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Develops new programs and certifications to meet employer needs.
• Supervises adjunct employees.
• Recruits instructors and coordinates class scheduling.
• Meets monthly and annual enrollment and revenue goals.
• Represents the college to students, agencies, and community partners.
