SJC San Juan College is searching for enthusiastic and energetic instructors to teach a variety of personal enrichment topics. Candidates should have classroom experience and expertise in their subject area, with responsibilities including course development, teaching, and classroom management.
The position offers compensation of $25 per hour and excellent benefits such as medical coverage, generous paid leave, and tuition waiver. Remote or hybrid work may also be approved for certain states.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic instructors who have classroom experience and want to share their expertise in a wide variety of personal enrichment topics of interest to our community. CLC non‑credit classes vary widely in the number of hours that they meet and are a great place to explore hobbies and skills. The Community Learning Center non‑credit instructors report to the Director of the Community Learning Center and are responsible for course development, teaching and classroom management. Candidates should have expertise in the area they wish to teach and teaching experience. All candidates are subject to a Criminal Background Investigation prior to any offer of employment.
Remote or hybrid work may be approved for adjunct employees within New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and Texas (states subject to change at any time). All requests for remote work must be approved in advance by the Dean and Human Resources. Remote work options for locations outside of the United States are not permitted.
