University of Nevada, Las Vegas Lifelong Learning invites applications for an Enrichment Program Specialist in the UNLV Lifelong Learning, Community Education and Enrichment unit. The role supports program leadership and staff to ensure educational, operational, and fiscal success of non‑credit classes, OLLI, and related programming in Southern Nevada.

The specialist will help develop and implement processes for a sustainable, iconic student experience, handle budgeting and fundraising efforts,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required (from an accredited college or university)
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Master’s Degree preferred for preferred qualifications

• Coordinate a broad portfolio of personal enrichment courses, OLLI classes, and related programming
• Develop, document, and implement processes to deliver sustainable, high‑quality experiences
• Manage budget, fiscal activities, and student/member experiences; identify funding sources
• Collaborate with university academic departments, business/industry, government, education, and community partners
