Leidos in the United States, Maryland, seeks a Senior Inventory Specialist/Logistician to manage software licenses, hardware assets, and procurement processes for a large, complex program operating within SAFe. You will coordinate with infrastructure teams, test, system administration, and software engineers to meet program requirements and maintain documentation.

The role requires 8+ years in IT hardware/software procurement, BOM experience, and TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• BA degree and 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10–13 years
• At least 8 years of experience managing IT hardware and software
• At least 5 years handling purchase requisitions
• At least 3 years of experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, including formulas
• Experience researching parts and technical configurations based on engineering specifications
• Experience with hardware and software warranties, maintenance, and support
• Experience with software licensing models (subscriptions and term licenses)
• Experience researching and creating RMAs using prior purchase information
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds of equipment
• Willingness to travel locally and CONUS yearly
• Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsabilités

• Procure software licenses and hardware assets across the full lifecycle
• Track warranties and maintenance periods to prevent coverage lapses
• Monitor multiple ticket queues and respond within established timelines
• Support multiple Technical Task Orders and update Bills of Materials
• Coordinate delivery by prioritizing urgent requests with buyers and material planners
• Maintain hardware inventory reports and databases
