Leidos is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of software and hardware asset management within the CESO environment. The role is 100% on-site in Arlington, VA with occasional DC-Metro travel.

Responsibilities include developing asset control processes, managing inventory, and ensuring license compliance. A TS/SCI with CI Poly preferred is required or obtainable, plus 8+ years in IT Asset Management and staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly preferred; ability to obtain/maintain.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management across classified and unclassified environments.
• Minimum 3 years of staff management experience.
• Strong capability to document policies and processes.
• Ability to analyze data and convert into a work plan.
• Identify problems, collect facts, and draw conclusions.
• Articulate ideas clearly and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Develop asset control processes for device identification and contracts.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and shipments.
• Design asset management policies and procedures.
• Monitor software licenses for compliance with agreements.
• Ensure audit compliance for IT software assets.
• Provide oversight to Software Asset Administrators.
• Deliver KPI/metric reporting on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
• Manage hardware and software lifecycle from creation to disposal.
• Verify assets against contracts and inventory; drive corrective actions.
