Hewlett Packard Enterprise in North America is seeking a results-driven Services Offer Execution Category Manager to lead lifecycle (support) services initiatives. You will collaborate with GTM, sales, and channel teams to execute programs, enable sales, and drive growth across customer segments.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, plus 8–10 years in category management or related fields.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 8-10 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 4-6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction in defining the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Leads cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.
• Collaborates with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
• Monitors KPIs and sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Supports HP Sales audience by being a go-to resource for Lifecycle (Support) Services.
• Datamining for customer opportunities, naked deals, customer targets.
