HP is seeking a Services Category Senior Manager for North America to lead portfolio strategy, performance, and growth initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Global units to accelerate revenue, improve seller productivity, and drive customer success.

You will lead a team of category, business, and sales enablement professionals, own business planning, and drive market strategies, pricing advocacy, and GTM initiatives across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent required in business, marketing, finance, sales, or related field.
• 10+ years in business management, category management, services, or sales operations.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong planning, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of category, business, and sales enablement professionals.
• Define and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and portfolio adoption.
• Own business planning, performance reviews, and executive communications.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve seller readiness and outcomes.
• Drive portfolio strategy, pricing advocacy, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs and strategic projects across a matrixed org.
