Job summary

HP's Services Offer Execution Category Manager within the North America Solutions Category team will report to the HP Solutions Senior Manager and focus on Lifecycle (Support) Services across customer segments and channels.

This is an individual contributor role with accountability to drive programs, enable sales, and execute all operational activities, routinely exercising independent judgment to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Typically 8–10 years of work experience in category management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy and sets functional policy to drive growth and profitability.
• Leads cross-division projects affecting long-term goals and ownership of category plans.
• Collaborates with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure execution of category plans.
• Monitors KPIs and sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
