HP is seeking a Services Category Senior Manager in Vancouver, WA, to lead a North America team responsible for services portfolio strategy, performance, sales enablement, and operational execution. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Global units to accelerate revenue growth and improve seller productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, finance, or sales.
• 10+ years of experience in business management, category management, services, sales strategy, operations, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong business planning, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of category, business, and sales enablement professionals.
• Define and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio adoption.
• Own business planning, performance reviews, and key executive communications.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve services penetration, seller readiness, and customer outcomes.
• Drive portfolio strategy, pricing advocacy, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs and strategic projects across a matrixed organization.
• Establish operating rhythms, governance, and performance metrics that improve execution and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across North America and Global organizations.
• Engage with HP customers and channel partners as needed to collaborate on strategies, priorities, offers, and plans.
