Job summary

HP Solutions is seeking a Services Offer Execution Category Manager in North America to drive lifecycle (Support) services and collaborate with GTM, inside services sales, and channel teams. This role focuses on executing market programs, enabling sales, and managing operational activities across customer segments and channels.

The individual will routinely exercise independent judgment to develop methods and criteria for achieving objectives, while reporting to the HP Solutions Senior Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of work experience in category management or related field.
• May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy and sets functional policy for the category business plan to drive growth and profitability.
• Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects affecting long-term goals.
• Collaborates with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
• Monitors KPIs and sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise and serves as a go-to resource for Lifecycle Services.
