Thuma is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support our email and SMS programs. You will build campaigns, own QA, and optimize automated lifecycle flows while partnering with cross-functional teams to keep briefs on schedule.

You will manage calendar workflows in Asana, contribute to list growth through capture strategies, and translate reporting into actionable recommendations. We value detail orientation and proactive risk management.

Competenze

• 2–4 years in lifecycle, email, CRM, or ecommerce marketing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization; manage deadlines and stakeholders.
• Ability to use AI to streamline workload.
• Systematic QA ownership and accuracy of work.

Mansioni

• Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns including audiences, suppressions, personalization, links, and UTMs.
• Own campaign QA to ensure rendering matches intended design.
• Support and optimize automated lifecycle flows.
• Manage lifecycle calendar and Asana workflow; surface risks early.
• Collaborate with Creative, Copy, Digital Merchandising, and Brand Strategy to keep briefs on schedule.
• Support testing across creative, copy, offers, audiences, cadence, and personalization.
• Contribute to list growth through email and SMS capture strategy and testing.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting and translate results into recommendations.
• Maintain standards for documentation, templates, linking practices, and QA.
