Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to design and optimize multi-channel journeys that engage prospects and clients across the full lifecycle, from consideration to long-term relationships.

As an individual contributor on the Growth Marketing team, you will blend strategy, analytics and execution, lead email development with ADA-compliant HTML/CSS, and partner with insights, product, and brand teams to drive growth KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in lifecycle marketing or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of driving measurable LCM outcomes.
• Experience in data-driven, performance marketing.
• Hands-on with SFMC and Adobe CDP, including journey orchestration.
• SQL-based data management and complex segmentation.
• Experience integrating data sources to enable personalized marketing.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Analytics, Sales, and Digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end, multi-channel journeys across the full funnel.
• Develop responsive, ADA-compliant emails using HTML and CSS, with modular design.
• Lead testing across messaging, cadence, targeting, and channels.
• Report on performance and testing outcomes; translate data into actionable insight.
• Drive continuous improvement of lifecycle marketing and email best practices with cross-functional partners.
