Role Overview

In this role, you will build, test, execute, and optimize end-to-end, multi-channel owned and paid marketing strategies to drive patient enrollment and retention. You will define segmentation strategies, build and optimize personalized, real-time patient marketing journeys and campaigns.

Ideal Candidate

We seek a highly motivated individual with a strong technical marketing background and a passion for innovative problem-solving. Extensive experience in email, push, in-app, SMS channels, and expertise in martech tool optimization and advanced personalization at scale are required.

Responsibilities
  • Own strategic marketing campaign launches, including creating materials and managing approvals with stakeholders.
  • Architect, build, test, and launch multi-channel automated campaigns (email, push, mail, SMS, social, paid media) with complex personalization.
  • Define and prioritize A/B and multivariate tests to optimize content and channels, collaborating with Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Introduce new marketing channels and technologies, including strategic planning, tool configuration, and campaign migration.
  • Develop reports and dashboards with Data Science to analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Outreach, and Clinical teams to align campaigns with client needs and care delivery capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, HIPAA, and relevant laws.
Who You Are
  • ESP Expert: 4+ years in lifecycle, growth, CRM, or email marketing with technical skills in campaign setup, HTML, CSS, and Liquid logic.
  • Martech Savvy: Deep understanding of end-to-end martech processes, real-time data pipelines, dynamic content, and delivery best practices.
  • User Experience Focused: Committed to understanding and fulfilling user needs.
  • Insight-Driven: Skilled in analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in high-growth startups or consulting agencies
  • Background in B2B2C or B2C marketing
  • Certifications in ESP platforms like Braze, Iterable, Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Experience with martech migrations and implementations
  • Completed growth or lifecycle marketing courses like Reforge
  • Remote work experience

Compensation

Salary range: $110,000-$125,000, based on experience and qualifications. Total package includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities.
