Job summary

Enthusiast Auto Holdings is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Manager to own SMS and Email orchestration across 10+ brands. You will architect automated flows, drive growth, and elevate lifecycle revenue while preserving agility across decentralized teams.

Reporting to the Director of Brand and Retention Marketing, this full-time role is based in in-office locations including Wadsworth, OH, Carrollton, GA, or Georgetown, TX.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in omnichannel retention for multi-brand e-commerce.
• Proven SMS program scaling into revenue driver.
• Experience with enterprise lifecycle platforms (Listrak, Klaviyo, Attentive).
• Strong data literacy with GA4 and customer analytics.
• Agile mindset prioritizing fast-to-market and high-converting execution.
• Bonus: passion for automotive culture.

Responsibilities

• SMS Acceleration & Optimization: lead mobile messaging and MMS/RCS deployment.
• High-velocity subscriber acquisition with cross-channel list growth strategies.
• Technical flow autonomy: automate flows, triggers, segmentation, frequency capping.
• Cross-channel orchestration: build journeys that amplify SMS and Email together.
• Operational enablement: enable brand teams to deploy creative assets quickly.
• Conversational infrastructure: plan integrations for 2-way SMS with CS.
