Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn marketing technology and platforms
• Interest in data-driven insights to inform strategy and performance marketing testing
• Curiosity about AI and how to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows

Responsibilities

• Support multichannel campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications across lifecycle stages
• Assist with audience segmentation for targeted communications
• Help monitor campaign performance metrics and compile data insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy development and testing
• Learn Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other martech tools
• Assist the creative team with campaign messaging alignment and content organization
• Support performance marketing testing to increase campaign effectiveness
