About the Role

• Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications across multiple client lifecycle stages
• Assist with building and refining client audience segments for targeted promotional communications
• Help monitor campaign performance metrics and compile data insights for the marketing team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication strategy development and testing initiatives
• Learn and gain hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other martech tools
• Assist the creative team with campaign messaging alignment and content organization
• Support performance marketing testing and learning initiatives to increase campaign effectiveness

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn marketing technology and platforms
• Interest in data-driven insights to inform strategy and performance marketing testing
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and how to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms
• Experience with email marketing, SMS, push notifications, or other digital marketing channels
• Familiarity with spreadsheets or basic data analysis
• Interest in FinTech or financial services industry
