Indeed Flex, based in Austin, seeks a Lifecycle Communications Manager to own the US worker lifecycle communications. You will collaborate with the UK manager, cover US markets, and ensure geo-targeted, multi-channel messaging including Spanish variants.

This role blends data, creativity, and consumer judgment to improve onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement. You will build automated journeys in Braze, run experiments, and shape the calendar and consent rules for SMS/email while

Competenze

Strong experience in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, CRM, or consumer communications.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and lifecycle journeys.
Proven ability to create effective content and campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
Track record of delivering measurable results via experimentation (A/B testing).
Strong analytical skills with customer data, segmentation, and insights.
Hands-on Braze or similar CRM; knowledge of US SMS/email rules.
Experience using AI tools to create content and insights.
Strong writing/editing in English; able to direct Spanish variants.
Able to work US hours from Austin with UK overlap.
Proficient with collaboration tools like Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack.

Mansioni

Own and evolve the end-to-end US lifecycle communications strategy (onboarding to re-engagement).
Stay close to worker behavior and city demand to identify friction and improve experience.
Map and optimize lifecycle journeys by city and audience to improve funnel conversion.
Develop content across email, SMS, push, and in-app, including US newsletter and Spanish variants.
Build and manage automated journeys in Braze for timely, coordinated communications.
Use data and performance insights to prioritize opportunities and inform decisions.
Design and run experiments across messaging, audience, channel, timing, and geography.
Own the US worker communications calendar and consent rules for SMS/email.
