Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a proactive marketer to drive email and SMS campaigns for facility bookings and pickup games. You will build targeted segments, write engaging copy, and ensure timely follow-up to convert interest into paid bookings.

You will coordinate with the operations team, manage a sales pipeline, and help grow repeat participation across multiple sports venues. Remote role with flexible scheduling and weekend evening coverage in North American time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience building email campaigns and automations plus hands-on SMS.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customers.
• Confidently follow up with leads, explain offers and secure bookings.
• Strong attention to schedules, prices, and customer records.
• Experience with CRM and email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage email campaigns and SMS flows to drive bookings and participation.
• Segment audiences by location, sport, interest, and history.
• Prepare quotes, respond to inquiries, and secure payments for facilities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and pursue renewals or repeat bookings.
• Coordinate with operations and escalate pricing or conflicts as needed.
• Monitor campaigns, report on conversions, revenue, and engagement metrics.
• Support pickup-game coordination and post-event follow-up.
