Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking an entry-level Lifecycle Marketing Associate to learn campaign strategy, execution, and data-driven optimization. You will assist in building email and SMS programs, working with Twilio and SendGrid under the Director of Marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in digital marketing, strong English communication, and a hands-on attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Knowledge of deliverability, segmentation, open rates, click-through rates.
• Comfortable working with data and dashboards/spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid under senior supervision.
• Help set up and QA automated lifecycle flows including onboarding sequences and retention triggers.
• Support audience lists, segmentation criteria, and workflow documentation.
• Prepare and format email templates in collaboration with the design team; manage timelines and assets.
