Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to support patient lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels.

You will collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute initiatives, ensure quality, and deliver personalized experiences at scale. The role emphasizes audience segmentation, marketing automation, QA, and performance reporting, requiring strong organization, detail-orientation, and ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2-6 years of lifecycle/CRM marketing or digital marketing experience.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, SFMC, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels.
• Support automated customer journeys, triggered communications, and nurture programs.
• Conduct QA testing across devices and email clients to ensure proper rendering.
• Maintain campaign documentation, calendars, and workflows for efficiency.
• Coordinate asset collection, reviews, approvals, and deployment timelines.
• Assist in audience segmentation and targeting using lifecycle data.
• Support personalization strategies to improve relevance and engagement.
• Collaborate with Analytics/Data teams to validate audience criteria.
• Maintain suppression lists and privacy/compliance considerations.
• Assist with subject line testing, creative assets, messaging, and timing.
