Job summary

Rylee + Cru is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator in San Diego, reporting to the Retention Marketing Manager. This on-site, full-time role focuses on building retention campaigns across email, SMS and push for Rylee + Cru, Quincy Mae, and Noralee.

You will own campaign production, QA, deployment and optimization, collaborating with Design, Merchandising and Marketing to maximize engagement and repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, email/SMS, retention or digital marketing, preferably within ecommerce or a consumer brand.

Responsibilities

• Own communication and channel strategy for product launches, promotions and brand moments.
• Build, QA, schedule and deploy campaigns across email, SMS and push.
• Manage campaign timelines and cross-functional inputs from brief to deployment.
• Develop channel-specific messaging for email, SMS and push.
• Partner with Ecommerce, Merchandising and Marketing to support launch priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust messaging, audiences, or cadence.
