Crate & Barrel is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join the Email Team in planning and executing email campaigns to drive sales and profitability. The role supports strategy, scheduling, reporting, and process improvements, with on-site work in Northbrook, IL and Friday remote flexibility.

A day in the life includes managing schedules for email, SMS and push sends; initiating briefs; routing creative for approvals; reviewing proofs; and supporting performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project schedules for email, SMS and Push Notification sends.
• Initiate creative briefs for all email campaigns.
• Route email creative through stakeholder approval process and collaborate with Design team on changes.
• Review all email proofs for content and design accuracy.
• Assist in strategic planning and test plan development to optimize email channel performance.
• Support the email marketing team with reporting for weekly/monthly/ad hoc campaign reporting.
• Assist with the management of email messaging calendar and schedule adjustments.
• Assist cross-functional teams with email related questions and troubleshooting email programs.
• Stay up to date on email best practices and research the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
