Job summary

Tusker seeks a dynamic Director-Lifecycle Management to lead the growth, market positioning, and performance of the Lifecycle Management Practice. This role coordinates across Sales, Enterprise Architecture, OEM partners, Marketing, and Operations to deliver customer value and profitable growth.

You will own the practice roadmap, identify market opportunities, and build practical, customer-facing solutions that simplify buying, scoping, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business/tech experience.
• Experience in technology solutions, endpoint services, lifecycle management, or related leadership preferred.
• Familiarity with OEM partners and PSA/business systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision, annual plan, and growth priorities for the Lifecycle Management Practice.
• Develop and manage the practice roadmap for core services and offerings.
• Assess revenue, gross profit, delivery performance, and market opportunity for growth.
• Build scalable framework to support repeatable sales motions and profitable delivery.
• Provide regular updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executives.
