Job summary

AlterMe is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive revenue through lifecycle, CRM, and retention programs. You will build and optimize journeys in Braze, write high-converting copy, and leverage AI/automation to outperform traditional approaches.

This role blends hands-on execution with strategic funnel optimization. You’ll own testing roadmaps, collaborate with sales, product, and ecommerce, and push for rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing at a DTC, subscription, or ecommerce business.
• Experience with a modern marketing automation platform; Braze is ideal.
• Strong performance copywriting and data-driven mindset.
• Comfort editing HTML/CSS for email and basic design tweaks in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fix the biggest revenue leaks in the funnel and lift conversions.
• Build journeys, trigger campaigns, QA, and launch in Braze; measure results.
• Write copy that converts and test variants to move revenue.
• Own the marketing calendar and align with sales, product, and ecommerce.
