Job summary

IONOS in Center City Philadelphia is seeking an early-career retention marketer to own existing-customer campaigns across online and agent channels. You will analyze cohorts and NPS to identify LTV levers and drive lifecycle experiments.

You will build AI-assisted campaigns, measure outcomes, and partner with Acquisition, Control Panel development, Customer Success, and German teams. Growth-focused, hands-on coaching from leadership is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mind with comfort in data (cohorts, LTV, NPS).
• Ability to drive cross-functional change and reshape processes.
• AI-first mindset and eagerness to leverage AI.
• Clear communicator and decision-maker.
• Location: Center City Philadelphia office at least 3X a week.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Existing-customer campaigns end-to-end from idea to readout.
• Retention, reactivation, and churn prevention across online and agent channels.
• Cohort, lifecycle, and NPS analysis to move LTV levers.
• AI-first workflow: segmentation, build, content, and analysis.
• Cross-team partnership with Acquisition, Control Panel, Customer Success, and central German teams.
