Qualifications

• AI-first mindset using LLMs and generative tools for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own CAC and inflow targets across channels.
• Lead end-to-end ad unit to conversion, including creative and landing pages.
• Build and scale new channels like TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube pre-roll.
• Coach junior teammates and collaborate with central teams.
