Job summary

Thrive Market’s CRM team seeks a CRM Specialist to run campaign operations across email, push, and SMS. You’ll own execution from brief to deployment, collaborating with marketing, creative, product, and analytics to turn data into better decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in email marketing and HTML experience in an ESP (Sailthru preferred). On‑site work in Playa Vista with strong QA and ownership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of email marketing/production experience.
• 1–3 years of HTML experience in an ESP (Sailthru preferred).
• Ownership and follow‑through: from assignment to completion.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch email, push, and SMS campaigns end‑to‑end (HTML coding, setup, audience, deployment).
• Code emails in HTML templates (Sailthru) and manage campaigns (Sailthru, Attentive).
• Build and maintain lifecycle workflows and audience lists/segments.
• Proof and QA campaigns before launch to ensure quality and experience.
