Job summary

Carter Machinery, located in Mechanicsville, VA, seeks an Email and Lifecycle Specialist to own the email channel end to end—from strategy and calendar planning to deployment and reporting.

You will develop audience segmentation, build automated journeys, manage templates, deliverability, and compliance, and coordinate with creative and asset management teams to ensure mobile-first, on-brand communications.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of email marketing experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and segmentation.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability, list management, and compliance.
• Ability to translate performance data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own email channel end to end from strategy to reporting.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies across Carter’s lines of business.
• Build and manage automated journeys and workflows.
• Own email design standards and ensure mobile-first, on-brand sends.
• Manage list health, deliverability, compliance and sender reputation.
• Run testing program and apply insights to future campaigns.
• Own email performance reporting and revenue impact.
