Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to lead email initiatives that grow engagement, retention, and revenue. You will plan, execute, report on, and optimize promotional and automated campaigns using customer insights to continually improve performance.

Working with the marketing team, you will support ecommerce marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and cross-channel promotion to ensure a consistent customer experience across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2–4 years in email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp required.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the email marketing calendar and campaigns.
• Write and edit customer-facing email copy in brand voice.
• Build, schedule, test, and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo/Mailchimp.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
